Whole 2nd floor and 3rd floor of Padre Pio Building each floor is approximately 500 sq meters.
Parking Lot: approx capacity 12 vehicles

Price:
2nd floor: approx 500 sq m; 200,000 php/month;  plus standard utilities and maintenance, tax excluded
3rd floor: approx 500 sq m; 150,000 php/month; plus standard utilities and maintenance, tax excluded

Lease terms:
One (1) year to (15) Fifteen years, depending on leasee financial capability

Agent’s fee:
10% per month, payable upon collection of rent

Non-exclusive arrangement: 
Commission shall be paid through whoever successfully signs the leasee.
All proposals subject to approval by the Padre Pio board.
